I found a house that I was interested in on the Noth Shore of New Orleans and needed to make a decision quickly due to a change of heart on another property and I found the house that Suzette sold me. But the amazing fact is that I had to make that decision on this house before 9am on a Sunday morning. so I got up early and drove to the house ...I loved the area and needed to see the house. I waited till 745 am and then I sent a text to Suzette .....she answered right away. She said that she needed to get dress and that she would be at the house in 15 mins. She lived in the neighborhood and sure enough arrived in 15 mins. I walked through the house and decided to move forward with putting an offer. I had to get out of the other house etc and Suzette helped me navigate that process. We put in an offer the next day and started the process that was a bit tricky due to the houses condition and the family dynamics. She was helpful, direct, solution oriented, calm and able to help guide me through to the closing. She is the type of realtor that you need in todays fast paced world. When it came time to put my late mother's house on the market I didn't know what to expect or how best to proceed. Suzette was so helpful in guiding me through the process and identifying areas where spending a little on painting and sprucing things up would give the house the best chance for sale. In less than a week, at the 1st open house we got multiple offers. One of those worked out and the house is now sold.
